Safety is our top priority, which is why all drivers must be 21 years of age and complete a waiver prior to their tour. Our ATVs are fully automatic and easy to drive, making them ideal for both experienced riders and beginners alike. Please note that our ATV units are single rider units with a maximum weight limit of 300lbs. Unfortunately, adult passengers are not allowed for safety reasons. When you choose our Off-Road ATV Tour, you can expect a seamless experience. Fuel and trail passes are included in the package, so you can focus on having a great time without any additional costs. Before embarking on your adventure, we recommend dressing appropriately for the weather. Don't worry about safety gear - helmets will be provided to ensure your protection throughout the tour. While basic driving skills are required to handle the ATV, no specific ATV experience is necessary. Cancellation Policy
ATV Tours Due to limited capacity and high demand, the following cancellation policy applies to all ATV tour bookings: • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time are subject to a $50 cancellation fee per booking. • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time will be charged 50% of the total booking amount. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time are non-refundable and will be charged 100% of the booking amount. • No-shows are charged 100% of the booking amount. • Guests may request to reschedule their booking, subject to availability and management approval. Any approved rescheduled booking must be used within one (1) year of the original tour date and is subject to tour availability. Rescheduled bookings are non-refundable. Weather & Company Cancellations Toronto Rental Adventures / Simcoe Adventures reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any tour due to unsafe weather conditions, trail closures, mechanical issues, insufficient snow conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, guests will be offered a rescheduled date or booking credit. Responsibility, Liability & Equipment Damage • Toronto Rental Adventures / Simcoe Adventures is not liable for any injuries, accidents, property loss, or damages incurred during the tour. Customers are fully responsible for any damage caused to the ATV, Jet-Ski, snowmobile, or other company equipment due to negligence, reckless behavior, or failure to follow instructions. In the event of damage, the customer agrees to cover all repair or replacement costs in full. Toronto Rental Adventures / Simcoe Adventures reserves the right to withhold or charge a damage fee if necessary.
