Safety is our top priority, which is why all drivers must be 21 years of age and complete a waiver prior to their tour. Our ATVs are fully automatic and easy to drive, making them ideal for both experienced riders and beginners alike. Please note that our ATV units are single rider units with a maximum weight limit of 300lbs. Unfortunately, adult passengers are not allowed for safety reasons. When you choose our Off-Road ATV Tour, you can expect a seamless experience. Fuel and trail passes are included in the package, so you can focus on having a great time without any additional costs. Before embarking on your adventure, we recommend dressing appropriately for the weather. Don't worry about safety gear - helmets will be provided to ensure your protection throughout the tour. While basic driving skills are required to handle the ATV, no specific ATV experience is necessary. These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Toronto Rental Adventures/Simcoe Adventures. By booking a tour, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the policies below. These terms apply to all guided ATV, Jet-Ski, and snowmobile tours, regardless of duration or date. Booking Agreement • All bookings must be made by individuals 21 years of age or older. • Participant Identification Requirement: For the safety of all guests and staff, and to comply with tour participation requirements, each participant must present a valid government-issued photo ID or Driver’s License at check-in. The name on the ID must match the signed waiver. • By booking, you agree to follow all safety rules, guide instructions, and company policies. • Arrive 15 minutes early for a mandatory safety orientation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened tour or cancellation without refund. Cancellation Policy Due to limited capacity and high demand, the following rules apply: Standard Rules: • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking total. • Holiday and holiday weekend bookings are strictly non-refundable. • Rescheduling requests require at least 24 hours’ notice and are subject to availability. More than 24 Hours in Advance: •A $50 cancellation fee per reservation applies. • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method, minus the fee, within 7–14 business days. Responsibility, Liability & Equipment Damage • Toronto Rental Adventures / Simcoe Adventures is not liable for any injuries, accidents, property loss, or damages incurred during the tour. • Customers are fully responsible for any damage caused to the ATV, Jet-Ski, snowmobile, or other company equipment due to negligence, reckless behavior, or failure to follow instructions. • In the event of damage, the customer agrees to cover all repair or replacement costs in full. • Toronto Rental Adventures / Simcoe Adventures reserves the right to withhold or charge a damage fee if necessary.
