These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Toronto Rental Adventures/Simcoe Adventures. By booking a tour, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the policies below. These terms apply to all guided ATV, Jet-Ski, and snowmobile tours, regardless of duration or date. Booking Agreement • All bookings must be made by individuals 21 years of age or older. • Participant Identification Requirement: For the safety of all guests and staff, and to comply with tour participation requirements, each participant must present a valid government-issued photo ID or Driver’s License at check-in. The name on the ID must match the signed waiver. • By booking, you agree to follow all safety rules, guide instructions, and company policies. • Arrive 15 minutes early for a mandatory safety orientation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened tour or cancellation without refund. Cancellation Policy Due to limited capacity and high demand, the following rules apply: Standard Rules: • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking total. • Holiday and holiday weekend bookings are strictly non-refundable. • Rescheduling requests require at least 24 hours’ notice and are subject to availability. More than 24 Hours in Advance: •A $50 cancellation fee per reservation applies. • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method, minus the fee, within 7–14 business days. Responsibility, Liability & Equipment Damage • Toronto Rental Adventures / Simcoe Adventures is not liable for any injuries, accidents, property loss, or damages incurred during the tour. • Customers are fully responsible for any damage caused to the ATV, Jet-Ski, snowmobile, or other company equipment due to negligence, reckless behavior, or failure to follow instructions. • In the event of damage, the customer agrees to cover all repair or replacement costs in full. • Toronto Rental Adventures / Simcoe Adventures reserves the right to withhold or charge a damage fee if necessary. Acceptance of Terms By booking a tour with Toronto Rental Adventures / Simcoe Adventures, you agree to: • Financial responsibility for damages • Cancellation rules • ID requirements • Safety protocols
